Do you do custom design work?

Of course! If you have an idea or picture of any piece you’d like to have made, we can do it. If you find a piece from our retail line you like but would like to alter it in some way, we can have it made or changed to your specifications.

Do you sell loose diamonds?

Avior Jewelry sells loose diamonds through our retail Show Room located in World Trade Center in Dallas. You can find loose diamonds, as well as finished engagement rings, designer jewelry, and mountings at our website, aviorjewelry.com.

How do I set up an appointment with your consultants?

You may call Avior and set up an appointment with any of our sales staff Monday through Friday, 10-6pm. We are also available Sundays by appointment only. You will also find links throughout our website that will direct you to our online appointment form.

Is it safe to purchase a diamond online?

Yes, purchasing a diamond from Avior is 100% safe. We use the most up-to-date encryption technology to protect our customers from any loss, misuse, or alteration of your information.

How do I apply for credit?

You can either visit us inside our showroom or apply online at aviorjewelry.com.

Will my personal information be shared with any third parties?

No. Avior keeps your information 100% private and confidential.

When will I see a charge to my debit/credit card?

Your credit card will be billed at the time of purchase.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will be charged according to the state in which you are purchasing.

Are your shipments safe?

Yes all of our items are fully insured during transit. All items mailed require a signature at the time of delivery.

What if my jewelry gets lost during shipment?

Avior takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order is fully insured from the time it leaves our store until someone signs for it at your front door.

What if I need an item sooner than the date listed on the website?

Rush orders are available! Please call our customer service center at 214-741-7129. Office hours are Monday through Friday 10-6pm.

Do you care or clean for jewelry sold from your site or showroom?

Yes all jewelry purchased from Avior is eligible for free cleaning whenever you feel it is necessary.

I need a repair. Where do I go? Who do I call?

If your jewelry needs repair, please see one of our consultants in the showroom nearest you or feel free to call us at 214-741-7129.

I have my own diamond, but I’d like to purchase one of your settings. Can you set my diamond into one of your rings?

Yes we are more than happy to set your diamond for you. There is a setting fee on all diamonds set that are not purchased from Avior.

I have a diamond I’d like to trade in. What is your trade in policy?
What if the ring I ordered is not correct size?

That’s not a problem! If a ring is not the correct size upon delivery, we will cover the ring sizing for 14 days after your purchase.

Are any of your diamonds heat treated, clarity enhanced, color enhanced or modified in any way?

Avior only sells diamonds that are 100% natural and untreated. The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and European Gemological Laboratory (EGL) will not issue grading reports on diamonds that have been treated or enhanced. At Avior, all of our diamonds are GIA or EGL certified, so you are guaranteed that your diamond is natural.

Are the gemstones used in your jewelry natural or synthetic?

All gemstones used here at Avior are natural.

How can I make sure the diamonds I receive are actually diamonds?

Every loose diamond or diamond engagement ring we ship comes with an independent GIA or EGL report. This report can be examined by a qualified gemologist and compared against the unique characteristics of your diamond to ensure that it is in fact a diamond.
