OUR DIAMOND TRADE PROMISE
Any diamond purchased from Avior Jewelry is eligible for our diamond trade up program. This program simply means that at any point after you purchase your stone from us, you may trade your diamond up to one of greater value, whether it is a different shape, color, clarity or cut. You will receive 100% of your original purchase price towards your upgrade diamond of choice as long as it is just $100 more than the original purchase price.
For example, let’s say you purchased a .20ct round diamond from us and would like to trade it in for a .25 ct. princess cut diamond. If you paid $200 for your original diamond and the stone you want is $300, you would trade the $200 diamond toward the new stone and pay the $100 difference plus any tax.
If you have a diamond which was not purchased from Avior, it may also be considered for a trade in. The value of the trade will be at the discretion of Avior.
When you purchase your diamond at Avior jewelry, it will NEVER lose its value. By shopping with us, you have invested your money in our own hand selected, high-quality diamonds.
Trade Guidelines
Trades must be with original diamond purchased in store at Avior jewelry and must be at least $100 more than original purchase, before tax.
We allow upgrades on loose diamonds, diamond solitaire engagement rings, diamond solitaire pendants, and diamond solitaire earrings.
The diamond needs to be in its original, undamaged condition and accompanied by its original grading report (with the exception of diamonds under .50 carat weight, which do not include certification).
If the original grading report has been misplaced, there will be a $200 re-grading charge.
Sales tax is nonrefundable and cannot be applied toward diamond trade-up.
